Ordering and Shipping

- What payment methods do you accept?

- Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we are accepting orders from USA, Canada and Europe. For other international destinations, please stay tuned as we work on expanding our shipping capabilities. If you have any specific questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

- How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We process our orders within 24 hours. You can generally expect your orders to be delivered within 7 business days, but most of our products are actually delivered within fewer days!

Returns and Exchanges

- What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

- Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
